Anna has worked in a number of Human Resources, project management and consultancy roles within the private and public sectors. Her work has primarily been set in the context of organisational change, where she has been involved in behavioural change programmes focused on improving performance. She is especially interested in leadership assessment and development, individual coaching and group facilitation.
Anna studied Psychology at the Queen’s University of Belfast where she achieved a First Class Honours degree, and she completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Certificate in Counselling from the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
