Chris has a psychology degree from Warwick University and a Masters in applied psychology from Cranfield University. He is also a Chartered member of the CIPD.
Before joining Kaisen, he worked in a variety of roles in Human Resources predominantly working as an internal consultant supporting change management and business process re-engineering, with a particular focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of HR processes.
At Kaisen, he has worked across a broad range of sectors, in particular construction and engineering, retail, telecoms and professional services. His interests centre around identifying and developing leadership talent, people centred change, coaching and performance management.
