Jonathan began his career with John Lewis progressing to manage a number of retail departments. Following this he moved into sales within the IT industry, winning and managing accounts across a number of vertical markets including retail, construction, education and media.

A desire to bring together both the commercial and people elements of his skills and experience led Jonathan to refocus his career on occupational psychology, taking on a role developing and managing projects with the Department for Work and Pensions, NHS and the Learning and Skills Council. Before joining Kaisen he graduated with a first class honours degree in psychology from the Open University.
