Peter has a degree in Psychology from Glasgow University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. His background combines experience in retail management and over 10 years in a variety of consultancy roles. Peter has been involved in creating and managing leadership and people development programmes, performance management processes and large-scale talent management programmes. He has a particular interest in organisational development and the ways in which psychology can support business strategy, but his real expertise lies in embedding these processes in day-to-day operations. Most organisations have great strategies but fail to deliver them; Peter combines his experience and understanding of theory with a proven ability to deliver and sustain them in complex organisations.
